Terms & Conditions

By using this website you accept these terms. The site is an independent Sicily tours comparison and publishes editorial information only. It is not a travel agency and does not sell or arrange travel.

What this site is

Tours to Sicily compares listings published by third-party booking platforms and links to them. All bookings, payments, cancellations and customer service happen on the platform you land on, under its terms. We hold no inventory, take no payment and make no commitments on any operator's behalf.

Accuracy of information

Prices, schedules and inclusions are read from the platforms' listings and re-checked quarterly, but they change with the seasons and with demand. The figures printed at checkout on a booking platform always override anything on this site. No warranty is given that a listing's terms have not moved between our last read and your booking.

Intellectual property

The site's text, layout and original photography may not be reproduced in bulk without permission. Tour names, operator names and platform trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification and comparison only.

Limitation of liability

Use of the site is at your own discretion. The site is not liable for the conduct of tour operators or booking platforms, for the accuracy of their listings, or for losses arising from a tour you book through a link on this site. Complaints and refund requests belong to the platform that took the booking.
